Saturday, October 13, 2007 from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (ET)
The South Carolina Code Camp 3.0 is a community event where developers talk with—and learn from—fellow developers. All are welcome to attend and speak.
A CodeCamp is basically an all day developer geekfest. A quick summary of a CodeCamp is: Free, Developer, No Marketing, By and for the community
NOTE: Here in South Carolina we have added an addendum for our speaker rules. Speaker rules for South Carolina are geared towards building the next generation of .NET Developer Rock stars so the 'not so famous' local types get first session choices. Second, we get the regional and big-name speakers. Microsoft folks last. We want to help our local developer heroes pass their knowledge on!
Hope to see you there!
Sessions will range from informal “chalk talks” to presentations. There will be a mix of presenters, some experienced folks, for some it may be their first opportunity to speak in public. We are expecting to see people from throughout the South East region (South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, and Virginia).
All of this is of no cost to you. (Other, very nice people and companies are graciously contributing to the event)
Here’s what you get:
· Breakfast
· Lunch
· Lots of SWAG
· Oh, and some great presentations and the opportunity to meet a bunch of great people.
Download the Speaker Submission Form, fill it out and send it to Murray Gordon via gcnug1@gmail.com.
Here’s the summary of our sessions and agenda, but please make sure and check out the www.SCCodeCamp.com homepage for the most up to date info.
